Your Role:

• Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft • Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung • Mitwirkung beim Bewerbermanagement • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und individual-rechtlichem Schriftverkehr • Allgemeine administrative HR-Aufgaben • Unterstützung bei Personalprojekten

Your Profile:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterqualifizierung im Personalbereich
  • Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration wünschenswert
  • Aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office-Standardanwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Teamorientierung
  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit
