Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) ist ein Fonds der Republik Österreich und fördert Flüchtlinge und Zugewanderte in ihrer Integration. Dafür stellt der ÖIF Integrationszentren in allen Landeshauptstädten, Deutschkurse, Werte- und Orientierungskurse und Integrationsprüfungen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus setzt der ÖIF viele weitere Initiativen zur Förderung der sprachlichen, beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration um. Der ÖIF ist auch Ansprechpartner für Institutionen, Organisationen und Multiplikator/innen im Integrations-, Sozial- und Bildungsbereich. Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams: 1 Abrechnungsprüfuer/in (30-40h) - Befristung auf 1 Jahr

Ihr Aufgabenfeld

* Selbständige Koordination und Kontrolle der finanziellen Berichte von Förderprojekten (v.a. AMIF)

* Abrechnungsbezogene Betreuung der und Abstimmung mit den Projektbegünstigten, der Projektkoordination

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Aufrufen

* Kommunikation mit Behörden

* Durchführung der finanziellen Verwaltungskontrollen (auch vor Ort) und konzeptionelle Tätigkeiten

* Abwicklung der Kontrollschritte in der AMIF-Förderdatenbank BMI ATES 2021.

* Bedarfsweise auch Übernahme von Agenden in der Projektkoordination

Ihre Kenntnisse

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit der Abwicklung von Förderprogrammen

* Erfahrung im Integrationsbereich wünschenswert

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Excel und ggf. erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Förderdatenbanken

* Klare mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Sicherheit im Auftreten gegenüber Fördernehmern

* Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund sind herzlich willkommen
