Ihre Aufgaben:

* Mitarbeiterführung (Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter, Mitarbeitergespräche, Personaleinstellungen und -kündigungen, Urlaub- und Dienstplanung, udgl.)

* Aufbereitung von Angebotslegungen für unserer Kunden

* Organisation, Einhaltung und Optimierung von effizienten Prozessen und Abläufen

* Umsetzung, Koordination und Monitoring aller Verkaufsschwerpunkte und Outbound-Kampagnen

* Kontrolle der Bestellungen über den Webshop und Setzung dementsprechende Maßnahmen

* Führung von Verkaufsgesprächen am Telefon
