Wir suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams in 6322 KIRCHBICHL 1 Agogische_r Mitarbeiter_in (273202) mit pflegerischer/agogischer Ausbildung in der Behindertenarbeit

Das Wohngebäude in Kirchbichl liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. 13 Bewohner_innen leben hier in drei Wohngemeinschaften mit einem großen gemeinsamen Garten. Unter der Woche gehen die Bewohner_innen einer Beschäftigung nach, die sich an ihren Fähigkeiten orientiert. Am Wochenende genießen sie die Freizeit, besonders Ausflüge.

Du suchst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du selbstständig und kreativ bei einem modernen Betreuungskonzept mitgestalten kannst? Dann bist du bei uns richtig!

Beschäftigungsausmaß von 25-30 Stunden/Woche

So gestaltest du mit

* Unterstützung und Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung im lebenspraktischen und pflegerischen Bereich

* Einbringen von Ideen in die Gestaltung des Arbeitsalltags und Ausbau der Beschäftigungs-angebote, die Selbstbestimmung ermöglichen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und wichtigen Bezugspersonen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Pflege- oder Sozialbereich (Fachsozialbetreuer_in, Diplomsozialbetreuer_in, Pflegeassistent_in, Pflegefachassistent_in oder Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in)

* Freude an der Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbstständigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Turnusdienst, einschließlich Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtdiensten

* Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Agogik, Pflege und Therapie

* Berücksichtigung persönlicher Wünsche bei der Dienstplangestaltungen

* Zusätzliche dienstfreie Tage wie 24.12., 31.12 und Karfreitag

* Einen zusätzlichen Urlaubstag ab dem 5. Jahr im Unternehmen

Bezahlung lt. Kollektivvertrag Diakonie; Mindestgehalt brutto € 2.971,21 bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten.
