Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeitanstellung 1 AI Governance Mitarbeiter_in Wien 1010, Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der EU-Vorschriften zu KI und Datenschutz (KI-Gesetz, DSGVO, DORA)

* Koordination des gruppenweiten Netzwerks der KI-Verantwortlichen sowie Bereitstellung von Leitlinien und Governance-Prozessen

* Moderation von KI-Vorstandssitzungen, Ausschüssen und Entscheidungsgremien, einschließlich Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung

* Pflege des KI-Registers: Klassifizierung, Dokumentation, Bewertung und Überwachung von KI-Systemen

* Definition und Umsetzung von KI-Governance-Richtlinien, -Verfahren und -Praktiken zur Risikobewertung

* Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen IT- und Geschäftsbereichen; Sensibilisierung durch Schulungen und Kommunikation von KI-Governance-Standards

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Data Governance, Informationssicherheit, Informatik oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Daten-/KI-Governance, Compliance, Risikomanagement oder verwandten regulatorischen Funktionen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse des EU-KI-Gesetzes, der DSGVO und der DORA; Erfahrung mit Governance-Rahmenwerken, Risikobewertungen und Compliance-Prozessen

* Fähigkeit zur Förderung funktionsübergreifender Netzwerke; hervorragendes Stakeholder-Management und Kommunikationsvermögen

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe analytische Fähigkeiten

* Einwandfreie Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich Ihr Gehalt an Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert, weshalb wir das Gehalt gemeinsam in einem persönlichen Gespräch besprechen.
