Wir suchen 1 Annahmemeister:In (m/w/d) In unserer Niederlassung in St. Pölten suchen wir eine:n Annahmemeister:In. Sie betreuen unsere Kund:Innen kompetent und koordinieren den Serviceprozess von der Fahrzeugannahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie beraten unsere Kund:Innen, führen Dialogannahmen und Fahrzeugdiagnosen durch und übernehmen die Auftragsannahme.

* Sie planen Werkstatttermine, steuern Reparaturabläufe und koordinieren das Werkstattteam.

* Sie erstellen Kostenvoranschläge, holen Freigaben ein und stimmen Auftragserweiterungen mit Kund:Innen ab.

* Sie führen Endkontrollen durch und bearbeiten Garantie-, Gewährleistungs-, Kulanz- und Reklamationsfälle.

* Sie stellen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards sicher.

Das ist uns wichtig:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Nutzfahrzeug-, Landmaschinen- oder KFZ-Bereich

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Nutzfahrzeugbereich

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Führungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute digitale Kenntnisse; Führerschein Klasse CE von Vorteil
