Die Psychosoziale Zentren gGmbH (PSZ gGmbH) ist mit 30 Standorten und rund 500 Mitarbeiter*innen einer der größten Träger Niederösterreichs im psychosozialen Bereich. Unsere Aufgabe ist die extramurale Beratung, Betreuung und Behandlung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen.

Die Arbeitsassistenz ibi NÖ ist ein individuelles und langfristiges Beratungsangebot im Auftrag des Sozialministeriumservice Landesstelle NÖ. Ziel der Arbeitsassistenz ist die berufliche Integration von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen mit psychischen Problemen, psychiatrischen oder neurologischen Erkrankungen in den Arbeitsmarkt. Die Unterstützung erfolgt unter Wahrnehmung der gemeinsamen Interessen von Arbeitnehmer*innen und Arbeitgeber*innen.

Wir suchen ab Jänner 2027 für den Standort Gänserndorf eine/n 1 Arbeitsassistent/in (m/w/d) 23h / Woche

Aufgabenbereiche

* Beratung und Begleitung von Klient*innen mit psychischen und / oder neurologischen Erkrankungen

* Unterstützung der Klient*innen beim Arbeitseinstieg

* Unterstützung der Klient*innen bei drohendem Verlust des Arbeitsplatzes

* Beratung von Unternehmen und deren Führungskräften bei der Einstellung und Beschäftigung von psychisch und / oder neurologisch erkrankten Personen

* Koordination und Kooperation mit relevanten Organisationen und Personen im psychosozialen Netzwerk

* Öffentlichkeits- und Aufklärungsarbeit

* Dokumentation und Administration

Anforderungsprofil

* Berufsausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich (Psychologie, Sozialarbeit, etc.)

* Erfahrung mit psychiatrischen / neurologischen Krankheitsbildern

* Erfahrung in prozessbegleitender Einzelberatung

* arbeitsmarktspezifisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Knowhow

* Berufserfahrung erforderlich

* sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, ...)
