Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten und motivierten Teams im IMLAUER HOTEL PITTER suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittsdatum: 1 Assistant Front Office Manager_in (m/w/x) für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

* Sie repräsentieren unser Haus, empfangen unsere Gäste und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Check-In und Check-Out

* Sie bereiten An- und Abreisen vor und kümmern sich mit höchster Professionalität um die Anliegen unserer Gäste

* Sie leiten in Abwesenheit des/r Front Office Manager_in die Schicht

* Sie kümmern sich um administrative Tätigkeiten wie das Verbuchen von Vorauszahlungen, Tagesabschlüsse, Kassaführung und das Führen von Statistiken

* Sie unterstützen unsere_n Front Office Manager_in bei Gruppen und Incentive Buchungen

* Sie erarbeiten Dienst- und Urlaubspläne in Zusammenarbeit mit dem_r Front Office Manager_in

* Sie beantworten und werten Gästefeedback/Gästebeschwerden aus

* Sie trainieren Ihre Frontoffice Kolleg_innen im Gästeumgang und der Einhaltung unsere Abläufe und Standards

* Sie gewährleisten eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Housekeeping Team

* Dienstzeiten sind zwischen 07:00 und 23:00 Uhr an 5 Tagen pro Woche und 40 Stunden laut Dienstplan nach Absprache

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Sie verfügen über der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Mews und den gängigen MS-Office Programmen

* Sie sind ein_e flexibler Teamplayer_in, der Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hat

* Sie sind diskret vertrauenswürdig
