Zur Verstärkung unseres Kanzleiteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Assistent:in im Notariat.

Ob mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, als Berufseinsteiger oder nach einer beruflichen Pause - wir bieten Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit und eine gründliche Einschulung in Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet. 1 Assistent:in im Notariat (m/w/d) Salzburg-Stadt Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Aufgaben - vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll

* Freundliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer Klient:innen

* Unterstützung der Jurist:innen bei der Vertragserrichtung, der Urkundenerstellung und der Bearbeitung von Verlassenschaftsverfahren

* Mitarbeit bei Grundbuchs- und Firmenbuchangelegenheiten

* Koordination von Terminen sowie telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Klient:innen

* Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Tätigkeiten

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Maturaniveau)

* Interesse an juristischen Themen und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten

* Freundliches, offenes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Berufserfahrung im Notariatsbereich ist keine Voraussetzung. Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger:innen und Wiedereinsteiger:innen sind herzlich willkommen.

Ihr Gehalt

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden) je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung zwischen € 2.500 und € 3.800. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
