Befristung auf 5 Jahre Dienstort: Innrain 98, 6020 Innsbruck

Tätigkeiten

* Akademische, organisatorische und personelle Leitung des FH-Bachelor-Studiengangs Augenoptik (auf Basis FHG u.a. gesetzlicher Grundlagen) bzw. Lehrgangsleitung von Hochschullehrgängen im Bereich Augenoptik (Master, CAS)

* Qualitätssicherung der Ausbildung nach fachwissenschaftlichen und hochschuldidaktischen Gesichtspunkten

* Übernahme von Lehr- und Forschungstätigkeiten inklusive Betreuung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten

* Wissenstransfer und Weiterentwicklung der berufsspezifischen Forschung und des Fachgebietes

* Entwicklung von Fortbildungen im Bereich Augenoptik

* Führung und Entwicklung des Personals

* Vernetzung und Vertretung des Studiengangs bzw. der Hochschullehrgänge nach außen

* Projekt-Akquise und -Management

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Augenoptiker_in inklusive Meisterprüfung und Kontaktlinsenbefähigung

* Hochschulabschluss (Mindestanforderung Bachelor; Master oder Mag.; PhD/Doktorat gewünscht)

* Mehrjährige facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Augenoptik

* Erfahrung im Bildungsbereich

* Pädagogisch-didaktische Kompetenzen

* Forschungserfahrung und Publikationstätigkeit gewünscht

* Durchgeführte Drittmittelprojekte

* E-Learning-Kompetenz

* Führungs-, Management- und Sozialkompetenz

* Teamorientierung, Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
