Die Bildungs:Raum GmbH, Jugend am Werk, bietet jungen und erwachsenen Menschen an diversen Standorten in Wien die Möglichkeit zur Berufsorientierung, Qualifizierung und Berufsausbildung an.

Für unseren Standort im 11. Bezirk suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 Ausbilder:in für Technische Zeichner:innen (Vollzeit, 37 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie bilden mit viel Engagement und Geduld eine Gruppe junger Menschen (bis max. 25 Jahre) im Bereich Bautechnisches Zeichnen aus, vermitteln ihnen theoretische und praktische Fachkenntnisse sowie soziale Kompetenzen und begleiten sie wertschätzend auf ihrem Weg zur Selbständigkeit.

* Im Rahmen der Ausbildung planen und kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Lernfortschritt der auszubildenden Personen.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Trainings- bzw. Ausbildungsteam zusammen.

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung als bautechnische:r Zeichner:in bzw. haben die HTL oder Fachschule absolviert und fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD-Programmen sowie das Verständnis technischer Zusammenhänge sowohl im Maschinenbau als auch im Bauwesen.

* Die absolvierte Meister:innen- oder Ausbilder:innenprüfung ist von Vorteil.

* Sie konnten bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrungen als bautechnische:r Zeichner:in und idealerweise in der Ausbildung von Lehrlingen sammeln.

* Die Begeisterung für die Weitergabe von Fachwissen sowie Ihre ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Empathie runden Ihr Profil ab.
