Aktuell verstärken wir unser Team. 1 Ausbildungsleiter_in im technischen Bereich Haben Sie sich schon einmal überlegt, welchen Weg das Trinkwasser zurücklegt, um in Ihr Wasserglas zu kommen? Unsere Produkte sorgen dafür, dass Ihr Wasser von der Quelle bis zu Ihnen nach Hause sicher transportiert wird. Aktuell verstärken wir unser Team.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Lehrlingsausbildung

* Fachliche und praktische Ausbildung unserer Lehrlinge in den Bereichen Metalltechnik, Mechatronik, Kunststofftechnik und Elektrotechnik

* Beurteilung von Lernfortschritten, Erstellung von Ausbildungsdokumentationen sowie Vorbereitung auf Lehrabschlussprüfungen

* Mentor für unsere Nachwuchskräfte und Förderung der fachlichen, persönlichen und sozialen Entwicklung

* Vernetzung und Koordination mit Fachbereichen, Produktion, Berufsschulen und Ausbildungspartnern und Abwicklung von Projekten mit der Lehrwerkstatt

* Mitgestaltung moderner Ausbildungskonzepte sowie Mitwirkung bei Recruiting- und Karriereevents

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (Lehre, Meister, HTL oder vergleichbar) inkl. Lehrlingsausbilderprüfung bzw. Ausbilderberechtigung

* Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierung / Robotik und mit modernen Fertigungsverfahren (additive Manufacturing)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung im technischen Umfeld oder Führungserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und an der Wissensvermittlung

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Geduld und pädagogisches Geschick

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist

Für diese Position bieten wir ein attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt ab 60.000,00 € mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Vorerfahrung bzw. Qualifikation. Die Einstufung orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag der Metalltechnischen Industrie.
