Deine Aufgaben

º Administrative Bürotätigkeiten

º Mails beantworten

º Schriftverkehr - Kund: innen, Partnerunternehmen

º Buchhaltungsvorbereitung für den Steuerberater

Dein Profil

º Einschlägige Berufserfahrung erforderlich - administrativer Büroagenden

º Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

º Versierte MS-Office Kenntnisse sind ein Muss

º Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2 - Kund: innenkontakt

º Einschulung wird geboten

º Einschulung findet in den ersten 6 Monaten in 1220 Wien statt, danach ist der

Arbeitsort in 1110 Wien, bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Gehalt

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt ab ca. € 2.350 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit) bei TZ 25 Std. Woche € 1.560 brutto/Monat.

Abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Überzahlung ist möglich.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird entsprechend Ausbildung und einschlägiger

Vordienstzeiten festgelegt.
