Die Firma W-TEC beliefert als technischer Grosshandel Maschinenfabriken, Gewerbe und auch Endverbraucher mit technischem Industriebedarf, Maschinen sowie Werkzeugen. Derzeit suchen wir 1 Bürokraft (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung gesucht Beschäftigungsausmaß

* Teilzeit im Ausmaß von mindestens 25 bis 30 Wochenstunden

* Eintritt: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten (Administrative Büroarbeiten)

* Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern

* Bearbeitung von Posteingang und Postausgang

* Datenpflege und Dokumentenverwaltung

* Ablage und Archivierung von Unterlagen

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und anderer Abteilungen bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Büro- oder Verwaltungsbereich wäre von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office - Anwendungskenntnisse

* Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* C2 - Kompetente Deutschkenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
