DEINE MISSION

Als Mitarbeiter_in im Back Office sorgst du dafür, dass Informationen, Daten und administrative Abläufe zuverlässig organisiert sind und unsere operativen Teams bestmöglich unterstützt werden.

* Erfassung, Aufbereitung und laufende Pflege von Informationen zu eisenbahnbetrieblich relevanten Baustellen

* Organisation und Koordination von Hotelbuchungen für unsere operativen Mitarbeiter:innen

* Administrative Unterstützung bei Abrechnung, Rechnungsprüfung und Aufbereitung abrechnungsrelevanter Unterlagen

* Prüfung und Pflege relevanter Stamm-, Leistungs- und Abrechnungsdaten

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und Kunden

* Vorbereitung von Datengrundlagen, beispielsweise für Wagen- und Trassenförderungen

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung unserer operativen Fachbereiche

* Erfassung und Dokumentation relevanter Daten in unseren internen IT-Systemen

* Kurz gesagt: Du hältst unserem operativen Team den Rücken frei und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles läuft.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Verkehrswesen oder in einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Umfeld von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung im Eisenbahnverkehr oder in der Bahnlogistik von Vorteil

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kommunikationsstärke und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

* Teamorientierung und soziale Kompetenz

* Fähigkeit, Prioritäten selbstständig zu setzen und fundierte Entscheidungen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich zu treffen

* Du wartest nicht darauf, dass sich Dinge von selbst organisieren. Du packst an und bringst Struktur hinein.
