Mit einem neu gesetzten starken Fokus auf Photovoltaik- und Batteriespeichersysteme (BESS) baut die Powerlines Energy ihr Engagement im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien konsequent aus und realisiert nachhaltige Energieprojekte für Kunden im B2B-Segment. So entstehen innovative und zukunftssichere Lösungen, die den Wandel zu einer klimafreundlichen Energieversorgung aktiv mitgestalten. 1 Bauleiter Construction Manager, PV & BESS (m/w/d) - österreichweit Ihre Aufgaben im Bereich Photovoltaik- und Batteriespeichersysteme in Österreich:

* Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung der Baustellen und Projekte vor Ort

* Einhaltung der Qualität und des Bauzeitenplans

* Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern vor Ort (z.B. Polier, Kunde, ...)

* Enge Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter

* Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Bauqualität

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Reporting des Baufortschritts

* Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen

* Mitarbeit in regelmäßigen internen Verbesserungsprozessen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium/Ausbildung (Uni/FH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien oder Elektrotechnik von Vorteil

* Mind. 3-jährige Arbeitserfahrung in dieser Tätigkeit

* Staplerschein (wünschenswert, weitere von Vorteil)

* Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

* Stärken im Konfliktmanagement und lösungsorientiertes Denken sind von Vorteil

* Führerschein B (weitere von Vorteil)

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Österreich & teilweise Deutschland
