Unser Partner ist ein etablierter österreichischer Elektro- und Haustechnikbetrieb, der seit Jahrzehnten hochwertige Anlagen für Gewerbe und Industrie errichtet. Für die Montageleitung von Großprojekten in Österreich, Deutschland und fallweise im Ausland suchen wir Bauleiter_innen, die gerne Verantwortung übernehmen und ein Team auf der Baustelle führen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Montageleitung von Großprojekten in der Elektrotechnik bzw. Heizungs-, Kälte- und Lüftungstechnik

* Personalplanung und -koordination sowie Festlegung der Montageabläufe

* Leistungs- und Qualitätskontrolle, Termin- und Materialmanagement

* Baustellenschriftverkehr (Aufmaße, Bautagebuch, Regieberichte) und Nachträge

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische bzw. technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL o. Ä.)

* Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung auf Großbaustellen im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder HKLS

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein B und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

Das bekommst du

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt bei Einsatz in Österreich € 3.808,83 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden) zuzüglich Zulagen. Bei Einsatz in Deutschland bzw. im Ausland wird ein Entsendungslohn ab € 6.000,- brutto pro Monat zuzüglich Zulagen sowie 13. und 14. Gehalt bezahlt. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

* Einsatz im Radl: rund 10 Tage Baustelle, danach 4 Tage zuhause
