Max & Leo Haustechnik GmbH ist ein führendes Generalunternehmen für Baudienstleistungen.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Baumeister mit Konzession (w/m/d) im Rahmen einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 40 Wochenstunden. Genaue Arbeitszeit nach Absprache innerhalb unserer Bürozeiten. Diese sind von Montag bis Donnerstag von 07:00 Uhr 16:30 und am Freitag von 07:00 Uhr - 14:00 Uhr. Wir setzen die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Überstunden voraus.

Aufgaben:

* Angebotslegung

* Projektleitung

* Betreuung von Bauprojekten (Überwachung der Bauausführung in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung)

* Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mengenübermittlungen

* Baustellenabrechnung und Rechnungsprüfung

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Baumeisterschule), mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Baugewerbe

* Gute CAD-Kenntnisse

* Bauabwicklungskenntnisse, Baukalkulation und Bauabrechnung

* Technische Bauplanung

* Verlässlichkeit, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit

* Kommunikatives und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
