Die SSB Technisches Büro GmbH ist ein Wiener Ingenieurbüro für Bauschadensdiagnostik und Gutachten. Wir beurteilen Baumängel und Bauschäden auf Basis von ÖNORM und OIB-Richtlinien, für private Bauherr_innen, Hausverwaltungen und Versicherungen. Unsere Schwerpunkte: Baumängel, Schimmel sowie Wasser- und Brandschäden. Wir suchen: 1 Bautechniker_in (m/w/x) - Baumängel, Gutachten & Schimmel ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben:

+ Erkennen, Befunden und Dokumentieren von Baumängeln vor Ort

+ Erstellen von Gutachten, Befunden und Stellungnahmen zu Baumängeln

+ Ursachenanalyse bei Schimmel- und Feuchteschäden, inkl. Messungen

und Sanierungsempfehlungen

+ Aufnahme und Bewertung von Wasser- und Brandschäden für Versicherungen

+ Baubegleitung bei Sanierungs- und Umbauprojekten

+ Abstimmung mit Auftraggeber_innen, Hausverwaltungen, Versicherungen

und ausführenden Firmen

Was du mitbringst:

+ Abgeschlossene HTL für Hochbau (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung)

+ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise in Bauleitung, ÖBA,

Sanierung oder Schadensbearbeitung

+ Fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger ÖNORMen und OIB-Richtlinien

+ Ein gutes Auge für Mängel und Schadensursachen

+ Sicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck: Gutachten und Befunde sind Kernarbeit

+ Selbstständige, genaue Arbeitsweise und sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden

+ Führerschein B

Von Vorteil

+ Erfahrung mit Schimmel- und Feuchteschäden, Feuchtemessung oder Thermografie

+ Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Versicherungsschäden

Gehalt:

Für diese Position gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Gewerbe, Handwerk und in der Dienstleistung, Verwendungsgruppe IV. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt beträgt € 3.806,97 brutto monatlich

(Vollzeit, ab 6 Verwendungsgruppenjahren). Wir bieten ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von

€ 4.000 bis € 4.800 je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung, zuzüglich einer leistungsabhängigen Prämie.
