Unsere Werkstatt bietet Menschen mit Behinderungen vielfälltige Möglichkeiten, unabhängig von der Intensität ihres Unterstützungsbedarfs. Wir gestalten gemeinsam Aktivitäten und verfolgen Ziele, die ihren Interessen entsprechen. Als Mitarbeiter*in im Fachbereich Arbeit begleitest und unterstützt du Klient*innen individuell im Arbeitsalltag. Du bist Ansprech- und Vertrauensperson. Du setzt unterschiedliche Angebote, gehst individuell auf die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse ein. Du sicherst Wohlbefinden, persönliche Entwicklung und Zugehörigkeit. Du unterstützt bei Pflegehandlungen, wenn diese benötigt werden.

Arbeitsausmaß: 35 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsbeginn: ab Dezember 2026, befristet bis 31.10.2028

Was wir erwarten:

* anerkannte Ausbildung für die Behindertenarbeit:

Fach-Sozialbetreuer*in, Behindertenfachbetreuer*in, Pflegeassistent*in, Sozialpädagog*in (womöglich mit UBV)

* eine positive Identifikation mit der Caritas und ihren Zielen und Grundsätzen

* Bereitschaft und Interesse zu einer berufsbegleitenden Aus- und Weiterbildung

* gefestigte Persönlichkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit, Flexibilität (Dienstplan, Fahrtendienst)

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft mit Kolleg*innen, der Leitung und den Angehörigen oder dem/der gesetzlichen Vertreter*in des Menschen mit Behinderung

* Führerschein B

Was wir bieten:

Entlohnung nach Caritas Kollektivvertrag: Mindestgehalt in Gehaltsstufe1 - bei entsprechender Ausbildung Verwendungsgruppe Va: EUR 2.868,00 (bei 37 WoStd.). Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
