W.I.R. sind eine soziale Dienstleistungseinrichtung, die Menschen mit Behinderungen im Erwachsenenalter differenzierte Wohn- sowie sinnstiftende Arbeits- und Tagesstrukturmöglichkeiten anbietet.

W.I.R. besteht seit dem 1. Jänner 1996 und ist im Zuge der Ausgliederung von Menschen mit Behinderung, als eines der vom Land Tirol unterstützten Reintegrationsprojekte, entstanden.

W.I.R. unterstützen unsere KlientInnen ganzheitlich in ihrer Lebensgestaltung, damit sie ein gleichberechtigtes, vollwertiges und qualitätsvolles Leben inmitten unserer Gesellschaft führen können. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Behindertenfachkraft mit Pflegeassistenz (w/m/d) für das Wohnhaus in Fritzens Begleite Menschen mit Behinderungen in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben - werde Teil unseres Teams.

Arbeitsort: Unterdorf 18, 6122 Fritzens

Arbeitszeit: 25-30 Stunden pro Woche

Start ab 01.12.2026

Deine Aufgaben:

Du begleitest unsere KlientInnen durchs Leben insbesondere unterstützt und/oder assistierst du bei:

* Erhalt und Weiterentwicklung von Selbständigkeit und Autonomie

* Haushaltsführung und alltagspraktischen Tätigkeiten

* Gesundheitsförderung und Gesunderhaltung (individuelle Basisversorgung und Körperpflege)

* Teilhabe innerhalb und außerhalb der Einrichtung sowie Freizeit- und Urlaubsgestaltung

* Aufbau und Erhalt sozialer Beziehungen

Dein Profil:

Was du mitbringst:

* Eine facheinschlägige Ausbildung (Sozialpädagogik, Sozialbetreuung, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege)

* Bereitschaft für Nacht- und Wochenenddienste

* Fähigkeit zur kooperativen Zusammenarbeit im Team

Finanziell:

* Mindestgehalt von € 3.114,47 brutto (Vollzeit, SWÖ-KV 6/1 inkl. EG-Zulage)
