Die Beratungsstelle OPM unterstützt seit 1996 Menschen mit arbeitsmarktrelevanten Anliegen im Bezirk Korneuburg. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sowohl Verantwortung in der Projektleitung übernimmt als auch Freude an der direkten Beratung von Menschen hat.

Der Verein Outplacement sucht für die arbeitsmarktpolitische Beratungsstelle in Stockerau 1 Berater:in mit Leitungsfunktion 30 Wochenstunden ab 01.01.2027

Ihre Kernaufgaben

Projektleitung

- Organisatorische und fachliche Leitung der Beratungsstelle

- Sicherstellung der Projektziele und Qualitätsstandards

- Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem AMS als Fördergeber und der zuständigen regionalen Geschäftsstelle

- Erstellung von Konzepten, Berichten und Auswertungen sowie Projektcontrolling

- Weiterentwicklung der Beratungsangebote in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team

Beratung

- Psychosoziale Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Zielgruppe

- Begleitung bei der beruflichen Orientierung und im Bewerbungsprozess

- Planung und Leitung von Gruppenangeboten (z. B. Konversations- und Digitalisierungsgruppen)

- Dokumentation der Beratungsgespräche und Erstellung individueller Beratungsberichte

(Das Mindestentgelt Vollzeit/Brutto beträgt 3.886,80 € + Indexanpassung, Vordienstzeiten werden entsprechend KV angerechnet)

Was wir uns wünschen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich, vorzugsweise FH Soziale Arbeit

- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Fördergebern

- Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsmarktes und der AMS-Strukturen

- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Empathie, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

- Identifikation mit unseren Werten und Freude an einer kooperativen Zusammenarbeit
