Notariat 16 - Öffentliche Notare Festl, Raeser & Voit mit Firmensitz im 16. Bezirk in Wien suchen zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Berufseinsteiger/in/x mit Interesse an juristischer Tätigkeit zur Mitarbeit im Notariat .

Sie interessieren sich für Erbschaften, Gesellschaftsrecht und Immobilien und suchen neue Herausforderungen in einem motivierten Team?

Aufgaben und Angebot:

- selbständige Aktarbeitung

- laufender persönlicher und telefonischer Kontakt zu KlientInnen, anderen Kanzleien, Gerichten und Behörden

- selbständige und effiziente Kanzleiverwaltung

- teamorientiertes, unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld und kollegiale Atmosphäre

- eine fundierte Ausbildung in allen Arbeitsbereichen einer Notariatskanzlei

Ihr Profil:

- abgeschlossene Matura oder höhere Ausbildung

- kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

- juristisches Interesse und Freude an sprachlich richtiger Vertragsgestaltung

- Verlässlichkeit, gepflegtes Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen

- Möglichkeit zur sozialen Hilfestellung für Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen, vor allem im Verlassenschaftsverfahren

Arbeitszeit: 39 Stunden pro Woche (Vollzeitbeschäftigung)

Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei 2.200 € brutto pro Monat (auf 39 Stunden Basis), das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Das Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt.
