Wir vergrößern unser Team und suchen 1 Bestattungsberater_in / Bestattungsassist_in - Außendienst und Bürotätigkeit (30h/Woche) Wir bieten

* Bruttogehalt für 30 Wochenstunden: ca. 2.296,15 €/Monat ; Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung; Zusatzverdienstmöglichkeiten durch Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben gegeben (z.B. Rufbereitschaft, Wochenenddienst, etc.)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Beratung von Hinterbliebenen in Fragen einer Bestattung

* Beratung in Bezug auf Bestattungsvorsorge

* Erstellung von Angeboten und Verkauf von Bestattungsleistungen

* Organisationstätigkeiten in der Sterbefallbearbeitung (Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Ämtern und Friedhöfen)

* Betreuung und Organisation von Trauerfeiern

* Abholung von Verstorbenen mit einem unserer Bestattungsfahrzeuge - körperliche Fitness erforderlich

* Überführung von Verstorbenen

* Durchführung der hygienischen Versorgung

* Einbettung und Aufbahrung

* Assistenz bei der Durchführung von Trauerfeiern

* Rufbereitschaft an Abenden wochentags oder am Wochenende

Ihr Profil

* Gepflegtes, freundliches und höfliches Auftreten

* Keine Erfahrung im Bestattungsbereich erforderlich: Quereinsteiger willkommen!

* Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Motivation, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Hinterbliebenen

* Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Führerschein B und ein privates Fahrzeug (Tätigkeiten an zwei Standorten)
