· Sie analysieren Störungen selbstständig und beheben diese rasch und nachhaltig.

· Sie führen Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparaturarbeiten an elektrotechnischen Anlagen eigenverantwortlich durch.

· Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Kolleg:innen aus der mechanischen Betriebsinstandhaltung zusammen und stimmen sich bei gemeinsamen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen ab.

· Sie dokumentieren alle durchgeführten Arbeiten sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar.

· Sie bringen Ihre Ideen ein und unterstützen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen sowie technischen Anlagen.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

· Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betriebselektriker oder über eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.

· Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen sammeln.

· Sie arbeiten selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und behalten auch bei Störungen den Überblick.

· Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und gehen Aufgaben sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst an.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

· Sie verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau und können sich sicher im Arbeitsalltag verständigen.

· Sie gehen Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert an und handeln auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen strukturiert.

· Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und schätzen eine kollegiale Zusammenarbeit.

· Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um den Arbeitsplatz zuverlässig erreichen zu können.
