Zahlen sind deine Welt und bei Abschlüssen behältst du den Überblick? Dann verstärke unser Rechnungswesen in Pfaffenschlag! Als Bilanzbuchhalter übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere Abschlüsse, bringst dein Fachwissen ein und gestaltest unsere Prozesse aktiv mit.

* Selbständige Durchführung der Buchhaltungen einzelner Tochtergesellschaften nach lokaler Rechnungslegung und IFRS

* Erstellung und Koordination von Jahresabschlüssen nach lokaler Rechnungslegung

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse des Konzerns nach IFRS

* Begleitung von Jahresabschluss- und Konzernprüfungen sowie Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer: innen

* Unterstützung bzw. Verantwortung für IFRS-Themen sowie Know-how Aufbau

* Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Accounting-Prozesse sowie Vorantreiben von Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen im Accounting

* Mitgestaltung und Standardisierung von Accounting-Prozessen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FH, Universität o. A.)

* Erfahrung im Bereich Accounting, Bilanzierung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung

* Gute Kenntnisse in UGB, idealerweise auch IFRS

* Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an ERP-Systemen

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
