Wir sind ein renommiertes österreichisches Verlagshaus in den Bereichen Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Freizeit, Handel & Genuss in Wien und produzieren Fach- und Publikumszeitschriften mit verschiedenen Webportalen. Als Lebensverlag lautet unser Credo: ¿Gewachsen mit Print, gereift im Web¿. Unserer Schwerpunkte liegen unter anderem im Lebensmittelhandel sowie in der Wein- und Genussbranche, wobei die Redaktion Fachartikel und Verkostungen für unsere Printformate erstellt regelmäßig relevante Themen digital abbildet. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir für diese Bereiche in Wien ab sofort eine/n 1 Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder erfahrene/e Buchhalter/in (m/w/d) Teilzeit 25 h Vollzeit 38,5 Wien ab sofort

Rahmenarbeitszeiten: MO - DO: 8:00 - 17:00 Uhr FR: 8:00 - 12:30 Uhr

Zur Verstärkung unseres Rechnungswesens suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Bilanzierungserfahrung oder fundierter Praxis in der Finanzbuchhaltung. Gemeinsam mit unserer Kollegin betreuen Sie die laufende Buchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften unserer Unternehmensgruppe und wirken bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Prüfung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Bankbuchungen, Zahlungsverkehr inklusive Auslandszahlungen sowie Mahnwesen

* Provisionsabrechnungen, Anlagenbuchhaltung und Reisekostenabrechnung

* Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Zusammenfassende Meldungen und OSS-Meldungen

* Monatsabschlüsse und monatliche Betriebsabrechnung

* Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen, Bilanzen und Steuererklärungen

* Unterstützung der Personalabteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK oder Lehre) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im UGB und im österreichischen Steuerrecht, insbesondere in der Umsatzsteuer

* Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise mit SIS Rewe

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem mit Excel

* Offenheit für neue Systeme und Freude daran, Abläufe mitzugestalten

* Genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist

* Gehalt: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt in Beschäftigungsgruppe E1 beträgt € 2.535,- brutto pro Monat (14 x jährlich, auf Vollzeitbasis). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
