Für unseren innovativen Kundenbetrieb, ein Traditionsunternehmen im Bezirk Vöcklabruck, suchen wir ab sofort 1 Bilanzbuchhalter:in / Senior Buchhalter:in Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Abwicklung und laufende Überwachung der gesamten Buchhaltung

* Bearbeitung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung

* Durchführung des Mahnwesens sowie Bearbeitung von Kassa und Bank

* Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

* Mitarbeit bzw. eigenständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Aufbereitung relevanter Finanzdaten und Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung

* Führung und laufende Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Verantwortung für das Meldewesen inklusive UVA, ZM und KU

* Durchführung regelmäßiger Saldenabstimmungen

* Laufende Kontenpflege und Kontrolle der Buchhaltungsdaten

* Ansprechpartner für interne Fachbereiche sowie externe Partner und Wirtschaftsprüfer

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. wirtschaftliche Ausbildung, beispielsweise HAK oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung bzw. Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Freude an buchhalterischen Aufgabenstellungen

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Gutes Organisationsvermögen

* Offene Kommunikation und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
