Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in 1 Buchhalter/in (26h/Woche) (w/m/x) Referenznummer: 690751

Arbeitsort: Wien

Aufgabenbereich:

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung

* Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung

* Kontenabstimmungen und Klärung offener Posten

* Schnittstelle zur Buchhaltung des Mutterkonzerns

* Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen

* Ansprechpartner/in für interne und externe buchhalterische Fragestellungen

* Pflege buchhaltungsrelevanter Daten und administrative Unterstützung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verlässlichkeit und Teamorientierung

Wir bieten Ihnen ein Bruttomindestgehalt ab 3.300,00 € pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach fachlicher Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um eine Karenzvertretung bis voraussichtlich Februar 2029 mit Option auf Verlängerung.
