auf Vollzeitbasis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Führung der gesamten Finanzbuchhaltung

* Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Laufende Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen

* Bank- und Kontenabstimmungen

* Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses in

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater Ansprechpartnerin für Steuerberater, Banken und

* Behörden Erstellung von Auswertungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Übersichten für die

* Geschäftsführung Laufende Optimierung von Buchhaltungs- und Verwaltungsprozessen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, Buchhalterprüfung oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen

* Erfahrung mit BMD von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
