DEINE AUFGABEN

* Erfassung, Prüfung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen

* Durchführung von Kreditkartenbuchungen und Kassabuchführung

* Pflege von Stammdaten und Konten

* Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Lieferantenanfragen sowie Rechnungskontrolle und Workflow-Bearbeitung

* Bearbeitung und Kontrolle offener Posten

* Durchführung von Rechnungskorrekturen

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Schnittstellen

FACHLICHE UND PERSÖNLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Gute Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS und MS Office

* Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstständige, genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement

* Proaktives Denken und Handeln sowie Freude an der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Verständnis für die Rolle als interne Dienstleister
