Für unsere Zentrale in Achau (Österreich) suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als 1 Buchhalter*in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit Deine Aufgaben

* Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsfälle im Bereich Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, sowie Kassen und Banken in DATEV

* Erstellung der Betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen (BWA, BAB) und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

* Liquiditätsüberwachung

* Kontenabstimmung und Datenpflege

* Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens

* Vorbereitung für den Jahresabschluss

* Kommunikation mit unseren Niederlassungen und Units, Steuerberatungen, Banken und Ämtern

Das bringst du mit

* Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

* Erfahrung: Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und erste Berührungen mit Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung mit

* Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Umgang mit DATEV

* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen (Outlook, Excel, Word)

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und teamorientiert

* Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
