Sind Sie bereit, mi... 1 Business Analyst:in Ihr neues AbenteuerDie Position Business Analyst - R&D hat das Ziel, die kaufmännische und operative Leistungsfähigkeit der F&E-Abteilung durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance sowie relevanten Stakeholdern zu steigern. Die Rolle unterstützt die Finanzplanung, Investitionssteuerung, Kostenoptimierung und das Projektmanagement und treibt gleichzeitig die Standardisierung von Prozessen, die Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie Effizienzsteigerungen voran. * Sparringspartner für R&D-Projektmanager, Kostenstellenverantwortliche sowie, sofern erforderlich, das Senior Management. * Überwachung von R&D-Budgets und Projekten: Proaktive Koordination regelmäßiger Abstimmungsgespräche mit R&D-Projektmanagern und Kostenstellenverantwortlichen mit Fokus auf Budgeteinhaltung, Soll-Ist-Abweichungsanalysen sowie Ursachenanalysen, einschließlich Kommentierung finanzieller Abweichungen aufgrund technischer, terminlicher oder prozessbezogener Abweichungen. * Business Application Specialist (Key User) für: * Integrierte Planungs- und Portfoliomanagement-Software. * Microsoft Power BI im Kontext der R&D-PMO-Aktivitäten. * Unterstützung der R&D-Stakeholder bei Budget- und Forecast-Planungen, Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz über verschiedene Systeme hinweg sowie Durchführung von Plausibilitätsprüfungen hinsichtlich Umfangs-, Termin- und Kostenplanung. * Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Investitionsanträgen (Capital Asset Acquisition Requests, CAARs) in enger Abstimmung mit den R&D-Stakeholdern. * Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen sowie proaktive Koordination regelmäßiger Governance-Meetings mit R&D-Projektmanagern und Kostenstellenverantwortlichen zu finanziellen Themen und Budgetabweichungen.Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten * Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzcontrolling, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Berufserfahrung im Finanzcontrolling, Projektcontrolling, R&D-Controlling oder im kaufmännischen Management von Entwicklungsprojekten. * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie oder im Bereich Motorentechnologie. * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf allen Organisationsebenen zusammenzuarbeiten, diese zu beraten und nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen. * Eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, o.ä) ist von Vorteil. * Idealerweise Zertifizierung als Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst. * Bestenfalls Erfahrung im Finance Project Management sowie in der Integration von Finanzprozessen in Projektumgebungen. * Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA / pma Austria) o. ä. vergleichbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung. * Gesicherte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Wir bietenSie erhalten eine spannende Position in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit vielen interessanten Benefits und vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
