Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als 1 BYD-Serviceberater_in Sie verbinden technisches Verständnis mit Freude am Kundenkontakt und behalten auch bei mehreren Aufträgen den Überblick?

Als familiengeführtes Autohaus vertreten wir die Marken Mercedes-Benz, smart, Mitsubishi und BYD. Seit 1955 stehen wir für persönliche Kundenbetreuung, hohe Qualitätsansprüche und verlässliche Arbeit.

BYD-Erfahrung ist keine Voraussetzung. Wichtig sind uns technisches Verständnis, ein professioneller Umgang mit Kunden sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer BYD-Kunden

* Terminplanung und -vereinbarung mit unseren Kunden

* Annahme der Fahrzeuge sowie Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Werkstattaufträgen

* Abstimmung der Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten mit Kunden und Werkstatt

* Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und laufende Information der Kunden über den Reparaturverlauf

* Abwicklung von Garantie- und Kulanzfällen nach Herstellervorgaben

* Fahrzeugübergabe und Erläuterung der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Als Serviceberater sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt und begleiten den gesamten Serviceprozess von der Terminvereinbarung über die Fahrzeugannahme bis zur Abrechnung und Übergabe.

Das bringen Sie mit

* technische Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und Erfahrung im Automobilbereich

* Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

* selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Erfahrung als Serviceberater ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Entlohnung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.727,40 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe Angestellte, Verwendungsgruppe III. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung vorgesehen.
