Der Plåtzhirsch steht für moderne Wirtshauskultur - gepaart mit casual fine dining - regionale Produktqualität und eine Küche, die traditionelle Gerichte mit zeitgemäßen Akzenten verbindet. Mit Techniken wie Dry Aging und Räuchern sowie einem starken Fokus auf regionale Zutaten bieten wir unseren Gästen ein vielseitiges kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Zubereitung und Präsentation unserer regionalen und saisonalen Speisen

* Verantwortung für einen eigenen Posten

* Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte

* Effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Küchenteam

Anforderungen / Was sie mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige, regionale Küche

* Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Interesse an modernen Techniken wie Dry Aging und Räuchern von Vorteil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
