Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in 1020 Wien, direkt an der Grenze zum 1. Bezirk, eine(n) Chef:In de Partie (m/w/d) für eine Rooftop-Location in Direktanstellung zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt. 2 Chef:In de Partie (m/w/d) Region: Wien

Dienstort: Wien

Aufgabenbereich:

- Erledigung notwendiger Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen (Mise en place)

- Herstellung und Zubereitung der Speisen auf dem jeweiligen Posten

- Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards bei den Events

- Verantwortung für Sauberkeit der Küche und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Richtlinien (HACCP)

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

- eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Köchin/Koch)

- bereits erworbene Erfahrung als Chef:In de Partie in der gehobenen Gastronomie

- Erfahrung im Premium Catering von Vorteil

- Organisatorisches Geschick

- Hands on Mentalität

- Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Ausführung der Tätigkeit notwendig.

- Höflicher und respektvoller Umgangston

- Teamfähigkeit

- Kreatives, eigenständiges und genaues Arbeiten

- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kreativität

Wir bieten:

Für diese Position gilt folgende Mindestentlohnung: 2.900,00 € brutto pro Monat

Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation.

Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden pro Woche

Dienstzeit nach Absprache, 5 Tage/Woche
