Für die vorgesehene Verwendungsgruppe IVa beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt derzeit bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche € 48.304,20 brutto in der Grundstufe und kann sich eventuell auf Basis der kollektivvertraglichen Vorschriften durch die Anrechnung tätigkeitsspezifischer Vorerfahrungen erhöhen. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich und ausdrücklich vorgesehen.

Aufgabenbereich:

* Gesamtverantwortung für Gestaltung, Wirksamkeit und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS der MUI mit dem initialen Ziel der Zertifizierung nach ISO 27001

* Entwicklung und Steuerung von Sicherheitskonzepten gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholder_innen

* Verantwortung für die Durchführung von informationsbezogenen Risikoanalysen

* Verantwortung für Sensibilisierung und Bewusstseinsbildung betreffend Informationssicherheit innerhalb der MUI und von Geschäfts- und Kooperationspartner_innen

* Bearbeitung, Steuerung und Kommunikation von schwerwiegenden Sicherheitsvorfällen inkl. Eskalation an das Rektorat

* Kontakt zu Behörden und Einhalten von Meldefristen

* Regelmäßige Berichte an das Rektorat zur Sicherheitslage, Erreichung der Ziele und Risiken

* Vertretung der Ergebnisse im Management-Review

* Planung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen, Ressourcen und Budgets

* Verantwortung für Risikobehandlungsplan und -bewertungen

* Verantwortlich für die Durchführung und/oder Beauftragung von intern/externen Audits

* Mitarbeit bei universitätsübergreifenden Initiativen im Konnex Informationssicherheit

Voraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Master-, Diplom- oder Magisterstudium oder mehrjährige gleichwertige Qualifikation in vergleichbarer Position

* Umfassendes IT-Knowhow

* Idealerweise Zertifizierungen, wie beispielsweise CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISMS

Erwünscht:

* Einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Informations- und IT-Sicherheit, ISMS nach ISO 27001 und/oder BSI-Grundschutz und Risikomanagement oder vergleichbaren Managementsystemen

* Idealerweise im regulatorischen Umfeld von NIS2, DSGVO, Forschung und Lehre

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Der Stelle entsprechende Englischkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Problemlösungskompetenz, Umsetzungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Fähigkeit zu raschen, pragmatischen und gleichzeitig sicheren Entscheidungen für die Zukunftsorientierung der MUI
