Integration:Niederösterreich bietet ein umfassendes Spektrum an innovativen Sozialprojekten für Menschen vom Jugendalter bis zur Beendigung der Erwerbstätigkeit in Form von Beratung und Betreuung, Training und Beschäftigung.

Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams 1 Coach für die berufliche Integration von Lehrlingen (w/m/d) Stundenausmaß: 25 Stunden / Dienstort: Wiener Neustadt / Eintrittsdatum: ab 5.3.2027

Stellenbeschreibung:

Sie begleiten Jugendliche und Erwachsene im Rahmen einer verlängerten Lehre oder Teilqualifikation vom Lehrbeginn bis zum Lehrabschluss im Rahmen des Netzwerks berufliche Assistenz (NEBA). Die begleitende Unterstützung im Projekt Berufsausbildungsassistenz ermöglicht den Jugendlichen einen positiven Lehrabschluss am ersten Arbeitsmarkt.

Aufgabenbereich:

* Lösungsorientierte sowie individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung der Jugendlichen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen NEBA-Projekten, Behörden (AMS, WKNÖ, Berufsschulen...) und den Ausbildungsbetrieben

* Einbeziehung des sozialen Umfeldes und aller am Ausbildungsprozess beteiligten Personen

* Kooperations- und Netzwerkarbeit

* Administrative Tätigkeiten und Berichtswesen

Anforderungsprofil:

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Sozialarbeit, Sozialmanagement oder Psychologie/Soziologie/Pädagogik oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Sozialbereich

* idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsmarktpolitik

* Case-Management Ausbildung bzw. Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung

* Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Türkisch, Arabisch, Ukrainisch, etc. von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse über Bildungsangebote und den Arbeitsmarkt sowie über die Bedürfnisse von Wirtschaftsbetrieben

* Gutes Zeitmanagement, eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohe Flexibilität

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

* Führerschein B, eigener PKW
