1 Content Engineer (m/w/d) Beginn: ab sofortVollzeit Standort: XXXLutz Zentrale WelsAufgaben * Du konzipierst, entwickelst und optimierst KI-gestützte Textautomatisierung für eine kundenorientierte und skalierbare Produktkommunikation - von Textlogiken und Regelwerken bis zu Templates sowie LLM- und Prompt-Workflows * Du nimmst komplexe Anforderungen unserer Stakeholder aus Einkauf, Category Management, Marketing sowie SEO/GEO auf, bewertest sie ganzheitlich und übersetzt sie in klare fachliche Konzepte und technische Anforderungen * Du setzt Lösungen End-to-End um: von Daten- und Regellogik über Prompting und Textgenerierung bis zu Tests, Freigabe und produktivem Rollout für Online-Shop und POS * Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher und entwickelst Prüf-, Test- und Freigabeprozesse weiter, damit automatisierte Inhalte sprachlich, datenbasiert, rechtlich und markenkonform überzeugen * Du analysierst systemische Fehler entlang der Kette von Stammdaten, Artikelanlage, Regelwerk, Prompt und Ausgabe, identifizierst Ursachen und leitest nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein * Du entwickelst bestehende Textformate und Automatisierungskonzepte weiter und prüfst neue KI-Ansätze, Tools und Workflows auf ihren konkreten Nutzen für skalierbare Produktkommunikation * Du steuerst mehrere priorisierte Anforderungen, gesetzliche Änderungen, Fehlerbilder und Projekte parallel, koordinierst Abhängigkeiten und sorgst für transparente Entscheidungen sowie eine verlässliche UmsetzungQualifikationen * Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Texterstellung, Redaktion, Content Operations, Textautomatisierung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Textsystemen, LLMs, Prompting, Data-to-Text-Tools, CMS oder regelbasierten Workflows und kannst Qualität, Nutzen und Grenzen fundiert beurteilen * Du formulierst sehr sicher, präzise und adressatengerecht. Grammatik, Rechtschreibung, Stilistik, Tonalität und produktbezogene Kommunikation beherrschst du auf sehr hohem Niveau * Du bringst Programmiererfahrung mit bzw. eignest dir eine Programmiersprache schnell und selbstständig an. Technische Logiken kannst du nachvollziehen und eigenständig umsetzen * Du verstehst strukturierte Daten, Datenmodelle, PIM-Strukturen und Datenqualität und erkennst die Zusammenhänge zwischen Eingabedaten, Regeln, Prompts, Systemen und automatisierter Ausgabe * Du arbeitest eigenständig, organisationsstark und denkst vernetzt.
