Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine 1 Controller/in Das erwartet Dich

* Du gestaltest die Transformation unserer Finanz- und Controllingprozesse im Rahmen der SAP S/4HANA-Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit

* Du entwickelst datenbasierte Analysen und Dashboards, die als Grundlage für operative und strategische Entscheidungen dienen

* Du entwickelst moderne Reporting- und BI-Lösungen mit Power BI

* Du analysierst die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der immOH! Gruppe und unterstützt das Management mit entscheidungsrelevanten Informationen

* Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für die immOH! Gruppe, analysierst Abweichungen zum Wirtschaftsplan und verantwortest das quartalsweise Konzernreporting an die Konzernleitung gemäß den vorgegebenen Reporting-Standards

* Du koordinierst den Planungsprozess innerhalb der immOH! Gruppe und führst die Einzelpläne zu einer integrierten Wirtschaftsplanung zusammen und plausibilisierst das Gesamtergebnis

* Du bringst neue Ideen und Best Practices in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Controllings ein

Das bringst Du mit

* Du bringst Erfahrung mit SAP (vorzugsweise S/4HANA), Power BI oder vergleichbaren Reporting- und Planungstools mit

* Dich zeichnet eine hohe Affinität für digitale Lösungen, Datenanalyse und Prozessoptimierung aus

* Du hast Freude daran, Daten zu analysieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finance oder Rechnungswesen

* Du kommunizierst gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und trittst als Sparring-Partner*in für Fachbereiche und Management auf

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und denkst unternehmerisch
