·Tracking und Reporting lfd. Kennzahlen

·Erstellung Monatsbericht inkl. Reporting (Soll/Ist-Vergleich)

·Sicherstellung einer belastbaren Datenbasis (ERP, BMD, Stammdaten)

·Budgetierung

·Kostenrechnung

·Ansprechpartner/Sparringpartner für Fachabteilungen und Entscheidungsträger

·Mitgestaltung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Abteilung

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses

Ihr Profil:

·Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre)

·Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

·IT-Affinität

·Erfahrung mit BMD, ERP-Systemen und Power BI vorteilhaft

·Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis

·Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

·Kommunikationsstarke und lösungsorientierte

·Persönlichkeit

·Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

·Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Eigeninitiative

·Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort
