Herausforderungen gemeinsam zu meistern und ein reger Informationsaustausch sind Teil des Unternehmenserfolges. Das fachkundige Personal, höchste Qualitätsansprüche und Flexibilität kennzeichnen das sehr motivierte Team.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Wirtschaftliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung im Bereich Dachdeckung/Spenglerei

* Kundenbetreuung, Planung sowie Koordination und Organisation der Bauprojekte

* Überwachung kommender und laufender Aufträge

* Kalkulation und Erstellung der Kundenangebote

Dein Profil:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dachdecker oder Spengler Meister, idealerweise mit Gewerbeschein

* Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit

* Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten

* Persönlich punktest Du mit einem hohen Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Du hast eine exakte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Routine im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen runden Dein Profil ab
