Vollzeit, unbefristet ab sofort

Aufgabenbereich:

* Unterstützende Umsetzung von Anforderungen bezüglich der forschungsorientierten Verarbeitung von Gesundheitsdaten bei Forschungsprojekten an einzelnen Organisationseinheiten

* Mitwirkung bei Datenmanagementplänen, Anträgen an die Ethikkommission, Studienprotokollen sowie Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung von Forschungsdaten

* Serviceorientierte Vor-Ort-Unterstützung von Forschenden bei der korrekten Verarbeitung von Gesundheitsdaten in enger Abstimmung mit weiteren Verantwortlichen

* Prozessorientierte und strukturierte Dokumentation von Forschungs- bzw. Studiendaten mit EDC-Tools und klinischen Datenbankensystemen (KIS, LIMS)

* Einführung und Anwendung von Tools zur De-Identifikation

* Kategorisierung und Qualitätssicherung der Daten

* Eigenverantwortliche Datenerhebung, Datenstrukturierung und nachhaltige Bestandspflege für forschungsorientierte Gesundheitsdatensammlungen im Rahmen des Projektes Health Data Research Hub (HDRH)

Voraussetzungen:

* Abgeschlossenes Master-, Diplom- oder Magisterstudium im Bereich (Medizinische) Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science, Medizinische Dokumentation oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin mit gleichwertiger praktischer Erfahrung

Erwünscht:

* Kenntnisse im Kontext Forschungsdatenmanagement in den Bereichen Medizin und/oder Biomedizin

* Erfahrungen bei der Durchführung von datenbasierten klinischen Forschungsprojekten

* IT-Kenntnisse in den Bereichen klinisches Datenmanagement, medizinische Dokumentation und relationale Datenbanken

* Kenntnisse in Statistik

* Wissenschaftliche Erfahrungen im Bereich klinische Datenintegration auf Basis relationaler Datenbankensysteme

* Kenntnisse der für klinische Forschungsprojekte bzw. Studien relevanten Gesetze und Richtlinien (ICH-GCP etc.)

* Selbstständige und gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Der Stelle entsprechende Englischkenntnisse

Hinweis zur Entlohnung

Für die vorgesehene Verwendungsgruppe IVa beträgt das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt derzeit bei einer 40-Stunden-Woche € 48.304,20 brutto in der Grundstufe und kann sich eventuell auf Basis der kollektivvertraglichen Vorschriften durch die Anrechnung tätigkeitsspezifischer Vorerfahrungen erhöhen. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgesehen. Das Mindestentgelt gilt für die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit (Brutto-Grundgehalt). Überstunden- sowie allfällige Zuschläge werden zusätzlich abgegolten.
