Als öffentlicher Betreiber und seit über 45 Jahren in der Seniorenpflege bieten wir unseren Mitarbeiter_innen einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz mit Lebensqualität. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in Diplomierter Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (w/m/d) Voll- oder Teilzeit

Als öffentlicher Betreiber und seit über 45 Jahren in der Seniorenpflege bieten wir unseren Mitarbeiter*innen einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz mit Lebensqualität. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 eine(n) Diplomierte(n) Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in für unseren Standort Haus Steinfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

* Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner*innen

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführungskontrolle der Pflege

* Durchführung und Kontrolle der ärztlichen Anordnungen

* Mitwirkung an Rehabilitation und therapeutischen Verrichtungen ärztlicher Anordnungen

* Mitgestaltung an einer ansprechenden Umgebung, in der sich unsere Bewohner*innen wohlfühlen. Neben der Pflege ist der langfristige

* Beziehungsaufbau ein wesentlicher Aspekt Deiner täglichen Arbeit

* Einhaltung der Pflegericht- und -leitlinien sowie der Hygienerichtlinien

* Pflegedokumentation und Aufrechterhaltung der Pflegequalität

Unsere Anforderungen

* Diplom der allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder Berufsanerkennung bei ausländischen Diplomen und Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen "Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im Alter"

* Unbeschränkter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt

* Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst

* Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

* Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit und einem wertschätzenden Miteinander

* Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung und Aneignung aktuellen Wissens

* Absolvierte Schulungen zu Demenz und Alzheimer erwünscht

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
