In dieser exponierten Managementposition tragen Sie die alleinige Gesamtverantwortung für eine bedeutende operative Einheit im Bereich technischer Systemlösungen. Sie führen eine weitverzweigte Organisation durch den gesamten Wertschöpfungsprozess - von der Konstruktion über die Fertigung bis hin zum After-Sales-Management - und prägen als zentrale Führungspersönlichkeit die strategische Ausrichtung sowie die nachhaltige Optimierung aller betrieblichen Strukturen

Kernverantwortung & Fokus

* Strategische Divisionsleitung: Volle Steuerung aller Funktionsbereiche (Engineering, Supply Chain, Produktion und Vertrieb) innerhalb eines anspruchsvollen Produktsegments

* Wirtschaftliche Steuerung: Gesamtverantwortung für die GuV, Optimierung des Working Capitals sowie Erreichung der Umsatz-, Ertrags- und Wachstumsziele

* Organisationsentwicklung: Kontinuierliche Modernisierung der Geschäftsprozesse sowie Etablierung einer leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur durch moderne Führungsmethoden

* Markt- & Kundenfokus: Aktive Gestaltung der Angebots- und Verhandlungsstrategien sowie nachhaltiger Ausbau internationaler Kundenbeziehungen zur Sicherung höchster Servicequalität

* Operational Excellence: Gewährleistung höchster Standards in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosteneffizienz und Termintreue in der gesamten Fertigungslinie

Profil & Expertise

* Akademisches Fundament: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis

* Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in einer vergleichbaren Leitungsfunktion, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld oder dem gehobenen Spezialfahrzeugbau

* Analytische Stärke: Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen schnell zu durchdringen und nachhaltige, strategische Lösungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld umzusetzen

* Persönlichkeit: Souveräne, kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit strategischem Weitblick und hoher unternehmerischer Eigenverantwortung

* Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

ENTLOHNUNG

Das finale Vergütungspaket wird individuell auf Ihren beruflichen Werdegang und Ihre Expertise abgestimmt. Eine deutliche Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation, einschlägiger Führungserfahrung und persönlichem Erfolgsprofil natürlich vorgesehen.
