1 Divisional Data & AI Management Ihre Aufgaben * Strategische Ausrichtung der divisionalen Data-, AI- und Cloud-Landschaft sowie Entwicklung einer mehrjährigen Roadmap im Einklang mit der Konzernstrategie * Steuerung des Analytics- und KI-Portfolios, Bewertung von Business Cases und Priorisierung jener Initiativen, die einen messbaren Wertbeitrag leisten * Verantwortung für Zielbilder, Architekturprinzipien und Reviews sowie richtungsweisende Entscheidungen zu Plattformen, Sourcing, Make-or-Buy und Anbieter:innen im Microsoft- und SAP-Umfeld * Aufbau eines wirksamen Data-&-AI-Governance-Modells mit klaren Rollen, Gremien, Prozessen und Kennzahlen sowie Verankerung von Data Ownership, Stewardship und Data Products * Sicherstellung eines verantwortungsvollen und sicheren Einsatzes von Daten und KI unter Einhaltung von EU AI Act, DSGVO, Data Act, NIS2 und ISO 27001 sowie geeigneter Freigabe- und Kontrollprozesse * Vertretung der Division in konzernweiten Data-, AI- und Cloud-Gremien, Mitgestaltung konzernweiter Standards und Steuerung ihrer Umsetzung gemeinsam mit IT, Fachbereichen und Gesellschaften sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Reports und Steuerung strategischer Partner:innen und Dienstleister:innen * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie Förderung einer datengetriebenen Kultur; Verantwortung für Operating Model, FinOps, Ressourcen, Skills, Budget und Kosten Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Data-, Analytics-, KI- oder Cloud-Umfeld sowie Führungserfahrung oder eine leitende Architekturfunktion in einem Enterprise-Umfeld * Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Data-&-AI-Strategien, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen * Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Daten-, KI- und Cloud-Plattformen im Microsoft- und SAP-Umfeld sowie von Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Products, GenAI und Agentic AI * Praxiserfahrung mit Data-Governance-Frameworks und Enterprise-Architektur-Methoden, z. B.
