Gestalte als Senior SEA Manager (m/w/d) die Zukunft eines der größten SEA-Budgets im österreichischen Handel. Wir suchen einen fachlichen Leader, der mit unternehmerischem Geist und einem sechsstelligem Monatsbudget unser Umsatzwachstum maßgeblich vorantreibt. Aufgaben

* Strategische Führung & Wachstum: Du verantwortest und entwickelst die SEA-Strategie für Google & Microsoft Ads mit dem klaren Ziel, E-Commerce-Umsatz und Leads zu maximieren.

* Budgetverantwortung: Du steuerst das sechsstellige Monatsbudget und entscheidest im Performance-Team über die strategische Verteilung für maximalen Impact.

* Omnichannel-Strategie: Du verknüpfst Online-Marketing mit stationären Aktionen und unterstützt die Lead-Generierung für unser Küchengeschäft.

* Analyse & Innovation: Du überwachst KPIs, leitest Maßnahmen aus Dashboards ab und optimierst Kampagnen proaktiv, insbesondere durch den Einsatz von KI und neuen Trends.

Qualifikationen

* SEA-Profi: Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im SEA (idealerweise E-Commerce/Handel) und nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steuerung großer Budgets.

* Analytisch & proaktiv: Du triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen, erkennst Muster und treibst Themen mit Hands-on-Mentalität eigenverantwortlich voran.

* Tool-Experte: Sicherer Umgang mit Google Ads, Google Analytics, Ads Editor und Looker Studio.

* Ehrgeiz: Die Leidenschaft, unseren wichtigsten Performance-Kanal auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Für diese Position ist ein Gehalt von 42.000 € pro Jahr (Vollzeit) vorgesehen. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dein tatsächliches Gehalt individuell im persönlichen Gespräch festzulegen.
