Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Eigenverantwortliche Server-/Client- und Netzwerkadministration, Backup-Management

* Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration neuer Hardware (Desktop-PCs, Notebooks, Server)

* Beratung und Support der Anwender_innen (Windows, RDP, MS Office, Android)

* Dienstleister- und Beschaffungsmanagement für IT-Themen

* Verwaltungstätigkeiten, Technische Dokumentation der Systeme

* Förderung einer Kultur der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im IT-Team und im Unternehmen

* Projektmanagement, Konzeption, Implementierung von Software- und Infrastrukturprojekten

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs (Monitoring, Patching, Backups)

* Troubleshooting bei Störungen, Performanceproblemen oder Ausfällen

* Mitarbeit im operativen Betrieb und IT-Support (2nd/3rd-Level-Support)

* Unterstützung der Teamleitung und Abteilungsleitung bei konzeptionellen Fragen

Womit Sie uns begeistern können:

* Technische Ausbildung/(IT-HTL o.Ä.) oder einschlägige, gleichwertige Berufserfahrung im operativen IT-Bereich

* Fundierte (mehrjährige) Erfahrung in der IT

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke, UniFi, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Android, VMware, IoT

* Kenntnisse von Vorteil: Veeam, Proxmox, Linux Server, Docker, VoIP, FortiNet, Sophos, KVM/BMC

* Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Wertschätzende, serviceorientierte Kommunikation und Konfliktlösungskompetenz

* Führerschein B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb OÖ

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 8 (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 3.348,90 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)

Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
