Wir bringen Absolvent:innen von HTL, FH und Uni sowie erfahrene Fachkräfte mit Partnerunternehmen in Graz, Weiz, Wien und Linz zusammen: Konstruktion, Engineering, Automatisierung, Produktdesign, IT und Office. Sie sind bei ALTECH angestellt und beim Partnerunternehmen im Einsatz. 1 Electric Lead Engineer (m/f/d) Motors, Drives & Power Distribution Systems IHRE AUFGABEN

- Auslegung und Spezifikation von Wechselstrom- und Gleichstromversorgungen

- Berechnung und Dimensionierung von Einzelantrieben, Mehrfachantriebssysteme und Motoren entsprechend den mechanischen Anforderungen

- Unterstützung in frühen Projektphasen bei Angebotsspezifikationen und Kalkulation

- Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme sowie Schulung und Einweisung von Kunden in Testfeldern, Fertigungsstätten und auf Baustellen

- Mitwirkung an Safety/HAZOP-Prozessen und Unterstützung in multinationalen Projekten

- Optimierung, Wartung und Entwicklung technischer Lösungen zur Verbesserung von Systemen und Prozessen

- Erstellung und Pflege von Standards für das Hardware-Engineering

- Beiträge zum internen Wissensmanagement und Ansprechpartner für Fachabteilungen, Kunden und Zulieferer zu Antriebssystemen und Stromversorgungen

IHR PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder Universität) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Antriebstechnik

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Antriebstechnik und gängigen Antriebsystemen (Siemens SINAMICS, ABB ACS880, ...)

- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem globalen Unternehmensumfeld

- Gute Kenntnisse internationaler Normen und Richtlinien (z. B. IEC/EN/DIN/VDE, NEMA/UL)

- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise

- Verantwortungsvolle und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit in internationalen Projektteams

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)

- Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10-20%
