Ein geriatrisch qualifiziertes, multiprofessionelles Team übernimmt dabei die Remobilisation direkt am Wohnort der Patient*innen, um diesen ein selbstständiges Leben zu Hause zu ermöglichen. 1 Ergotherapeut/in LKH Graz II - Standort Voitsberg

Sie sind Teil eines multiprofessionellen 7-köpfigen Teams, in dem gemeinsam und auf Augenhöhe

gearbeitet wird. Die gute interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb unseres

Krankenhausverbundes ist uns sehr wichtig.

Es erwarten Sie folgende verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten, die Sie eigenverantwortlich ausführen:

* Sie unterstützen Patient*innen mit eingeschränkter Handlungsfähigkeit in der Bewältigung von

Alltagssituationen und der Wiedererlangung der selbstständigen Lebensführung direkt im

häuslichen Umfeld

* Sie fördern mittels Selbsthilfe- und Alltagstraining (Körperpflege, An- und Ausziehen, Essen und

Trinken, Umgang mit Hilfsmittel)

* Sie trainieren sensomotorische und neuropsychologische Fähigkeiten (Gleichgewicht,

Gedächtnis...)

* Sie beraten im Hinblick auf Hilfsmittel, Versorgung und weiterführendes Training

Ihr Profil

Fachlich

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Ergotherapeut*in

* Gültiger Eintrag im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Level B2

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse

Persönlich

* Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an der Arbeit mit geriatrischen Patient*innen

* Führerschein der Klasse B sowie ein eigener PKW
